I have shared my love of lifelong learning and building a growth mindset before. Both are related to the focus for this month's newsletter: talent development. Regardless of your role in the organization, you contribute to a learning culture and the career development of those around you. You might be thinking, "how?" Being transparent about your own approach to personal and professional development is one way. Creating opportunities for others to participate in action learning is another.
